We provide individual packages of care and support for people with an acquired brain injury. The service also supports people with mental health issues and physical disabilities.

We have a well established team of expert support staff.

Support

We work with people as individuals - providing support in every aspect of their lives. This includes:

  • Managing daily routines
  • Personal care
  • Support with medication and treatment
  • Support with finding or managing the home
  • Developing social interests
  • Getting out and about
  • Getting into education and employment.

Service user involvement

Service user influence and involvement plays a vital role in improving our service delivery.

Quality of service

The service is registered with and inspected by The Care Inspectorate who awarded the maximum grade 6 for quality of care and support and grade 5 for quality of staff in 2010.

We also have a well developed and robust system to ensure we continually check on the quality of our service and find new ways to improve the experiences of the people we support. Find out more about how we're doing.
